What brought you into SPENGA Ann Arbor?
When the gyms closed in March 2020, I never went back. I tried staying active with at-home workouts but quickly became unmotivated. I came to SPENGA looking for a new fitness routine that would help me get back into shape.
How long have you been a part of the SPENGA fam?
I’ve been a member for a little over a month and try to take at least 3 classes per week.
What do you love most about SPENGA?
I love the versatility. Splitting the workout into three 20-minute segments keeps you focused and prevents you from getting bored or complacent.
What is your favorite music to listen to while taking a class?
Patricia’s playlists are the best!
What is something you would tell someone who just learned about SPENGA?
I would advise them to try it. I believe SPENGA is accessible to all fitness levels and is great for anyone trying to create or supplement a fitness routine.
How do you feel after taking a class?
I feel great. Given that each class ends with a 20-minute yoga session, I always leave the studio feeling stretched and refreshed.
Where would someone see you most outside of our studio?
Hanging out with my cat.
